Dear Behnke family,
Please accept our sympathy in the loss of Bill.

Having been Bill's business partner and friend for many years, I have known him to be a real gentleman, knowledgeable, creative, fair and always professional in his work and in his relationship with employees, clients, and associates.

It was a privilege to be a partner in the landscape architecture firm bearing his name that was responsible for many projects in the business, cultural, educational and residential communities throughout the city of Cleveland, the state of Ohio and beyond.

I know he is respected for his work and will be remembered for his many contributions.

Sincerely,
Robert Thomas, ASLA, retired and Catherine Thomas
