Obituary

Nicole Fiore Cuffman, 30, of Willoughby passed away on Saturday December 12, 2020.

Born on July 26, 1990 in Mayfield Heights, Ohio, to Gary and Pattie Cuffman.

Nicole was a 2008 graduate of Willoughby South High School. She was so full of life and had a heart of gold.

She had the biggest smile that would light up the room when she walked in. She had an intense passion for loving everyone in her life whole heartedly.

When her Grandma Cuffman got sicker with Alzheimer’s/dementia, Nicole was the first to offer her help to keep her home longer. Nicole was the aiding hand in keeping her Grandma home for three years before putting her in a nursing home. Through this Nicole found her passion for helping and taking care of others.

She was in school to become a nurse and worked as a PCNA at the Cleveland Clinic. She loved her job and found great joy for caring for her patients and their families. She was the loving, best friend and aunt to Tyler, Emma, and Ava who she loved so much. She was so loved and will be missed by many.

She will be remembered as a loving daughter, granddaughter, niece, cousin, sister, aunt, and friend to many.

She is survived by her parents, Gary and Pattie Cuffman; grandmother, Ellen Friedman; sisters, Kelly (Ryan) Hollingsworth, and Jessie (Erik Seaber) Cuffman. Beloved dog mom to Dexter.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents Lois and Jack Cuffman; grandfather, Chester Friedman, and her uncle, Kenneth Cuffman.

The family will receive friends for a walk-thru visitation on Saturday, December 19, 2020 from 2-4 PM at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby. Social distancing guidelines will be followed and masks will be required while visiting the funeral home.

Due to Covid-19, there will be no gathering afterwards.

Nicole's family has established a gofundme account in hopes of establishing a scholarship for students interested in pursuing a career in nursing. Please visit:

My deepest sympathies on your loss of Nicole.
I met her in 2015 when I became her neighbor. She was such a great person - always cheerful and so nice! We only kept in touch periodically so I just found out that she's gone. I'm shocked & saddened. Wishing you peace & comfort during this difficult time.

I am so sorry for your loss. I didn’t work with Nikki for long enough but the time we shared was great and I had finally met someone who’s bubbly energy matched my own. I loved her smiles and hugs and she was truly an amazing person. She was so giving and kind and I am at a loss because I would see her on my timeline accomplishing things that she wanted in life and enjoying every minute. Nikki is gone far too soon and will be missed , may she RIP
